Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital products are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

eBooks
Digital downloads
Guided meditations
Audio files
Printable products
Online courses or digital content

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, all sales are final. If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Printed Books & Physical Products

We accept returns on eligible physical products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within several business days, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Digital products and downloadable content
Gift cards (if applicable)
Products that have been damaged through misuse or normal wear

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
